At 99 Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Bicycles must be unridden and in showroom condition.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and select your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, or visit any 99 Bikes retail location.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items with the RA number clearly marked and send them back via your preferred trackable courier.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
